Every organization gets its own Cove address. Forward a document to it from any mailbox — or set a rule and let it happen by itself — and Cove recognizes invoices and receipts, extracts every field, and stages them for your approval.
AI EXTRACTION
From attachment to record, without retyping
Every message that reaches your address is scanned for documents. The agent reads each attachment, works out what it is, and pulls out the data your books need. What lands in Cove is a structured draft — not a PDF you still have to type in.
Classified on arrival
Each attachment is recognized as an invoice or receipt — anything else is set aside.
Extracted field by field
Sender and receiver, line items, totals, VAT and due dates are read straight from the document.
Deduplicated twice over
A SHA-256 file hash catches exact copies; a vendor-amount-date fingerprint catches the same invoice sent in a different format.
Staged, never committed
Extractions wait in the approvals queue. An invoice or receipt becomes a record only when you approve it.

Send or forward the email to it from any mailbox, on any provider, including from your phone. It is read and staged within seconds.

Set a forwarding rule in your own mail client so it happens without you. Your provider mails a confirmation code to the address; Cove catches it and shows it to you.

Nothing enters your books without you
Automation you cannot audit is a liability. That is why the email agent never writes to your records on its own — it prepares structured drafts, and the approvals queue is the only path to a record.
One commit path
Every extracted document waits as a pending approval. Approve, edit or reject — no record exists until you say so.
Only your own people are believed
A tax-payment confirmation files straight into your tax payments, but only when the verified sender is a member of your organization. A stranger who learns your address can never assert that you paid.
No access to your mailbox at all
Cove holds no password, no OAuth token and no permission over any mailbox you own. You send documents to us; we cannot read, send or delete anything of yours. There is nothing to revoke and nothing to leak.
Works with every mailbox
There is nothing to connect, so there is no list of supported providers. If it can forward an email, it works.

Gmail, Outlook, a company mail server, a shared team address, your phone. All of them, on day one.
Forward by hand
A document arrives, you forward it. Nothing to configure and nothing to maintain.
Forward automatically
A rule in your own mail client sends matching messages for you — filter it to mail with attachments and only real documents travel.
Verified senders only
Every message must pass DKIM or DMARC before a single attachment is read. Spoofed mail is refused, not filed.
Spam and viruses screened
Both are checked on arrival. A refused message is listed with the reason, so you always know what happened to it.
Rotate whenever you like
The address is a secret, like a password. One click issues a new one and closes the old immediately — the documents already filed are untouched.
