PAYROLL & HR

Your people and their pay, in one record

The employee file, the monthly payroll run, and time off live in one place. A leave request goes through a decision instead of an inbox, and the approval is what creates the record.

In the demo: an employee record auto-filled from an ID-card scan, a monthly payroll run, and a leave request taken through its decision.

EMPLOYEE RECORDS

The employee record that fills itself

Around 95 fields per person — contract, insurance, bank account, education, languages, certifications, manager, emergency contacts. Upload a CV or scan an ID card, front and back; the extracted data lands in the form, and the record is created only after you review it.

  • Around 95 fields in one file

From contract dates to the account the salary goes to. You enter them once, and payroll, leave, and documents read them from there.

  • Auto-fill from a CV or an ID card

Upload the document, the fields arrive filled in, you confirm. Available on VAT and up.

  • Five tabs, one dossier

Overview, Documents, Payroll, Performance, and Time off on a single page, plus free-form notes with formatting.

PAYROLL

A month is a record, not a spreadsheet

Gross and net, tax, social security, custom earnings and deductions, and employer contributions sit in the month's record for each employee. A reminder starts seven days before the pay date and keeps going until the record is marked paid.

  • A complete record for the month

Gross and net, tax, social security, custom earnings and deductions, and employer contributions.

  • Pay-date reminders

A notice seven and three days before the date, on the day itself, and after it — in the app and by email.

LEAVE REQUESTS

The request, the decision, and the order

Leave starts from a request, not from a calendar. The request carries a state, the decision is a person's, and approval is the only action that also creates the leave record itself.

  • One queue for the whole organization

Everyone's requests sit in their own tab, and one employee's requests sit in their file. The decisions are approve, reject, defer, and withdraw.

  • Approval writes the record

An approved request creates the leave record through the same writer that checks for overlap and counts working days only. If the second statement fails, the first is rolled back — no approved leave nobody asked for.

  • A balance that accounts for service

The entitlement is prorated to the months served at the company, and leave carried over from last year is shown separately from this year's.
